We attempt to have all of our products in stock and ready to ship when you place your order, however some of our items are available in limited quantities, color or style selections (example: eco-friendly clothing). We also have a number of hand-made, artisan products, which limits the quantity of those we can have on hand. If a product is not available, our customer service department will contact you with the possible options. We will give an approximate time line for the particular product you ordered and if that is not optimal, we will work with you to come up with alternative and comparable product options.

Most orders will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days after you have placed the order. Shipping time frames will vary depending on your choice of shipping method.

We have two options available for receiving your orders from Wedge Worldwide. You can either have it shipped to you or you can pick it up at the Wedge Co-op in Minneapolis for a nominal surcharge (sorry, this is only possible for our local customers). Please note that a few products are not available for in store pick up.

Standard Shipping:
We primarily use the United States Postal Service for our shipping needs. You can expect standard shipping within the contiguous states to take approximately 4-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of shipment. We are able to ship most packages to all PO, APO or FPO Boxes. Please allow an extra 1-2 weeks for orders going to APO or FPO Boxes. If you would like your product a bit faster, there are other shipping options available for you, but they will incur higher shipping costs than the standard rates (some exclusions apply to expedited shipping).

Natural Body Care Products Shipping Promotion: Spend $70 on Natural Body Care products & receive free shipping on those products. This includes all products under the Natural Body Care category of Wedge Worldwide, including the following sections of that category: Facial Care, Body Care, Baby Care, Hair Care, Men's Care, and all sections of the individually listed vendors.

Shipping Promotion: We are currently offering a free upgrade to Priority Mail (2-3 day service) on orders shipped locally. For the matters of the promotion, local applies to packages shipped to the following states: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota. The promotion excludes shipment of our Rain Barrels.

Standard Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice to customers. Listed above are the standard shipping costs. There are some circumstances in which there will be additional shipping costs included with your order. Outlined below are the specific circumstances as well as the additional charges incurred for shipment.

Additional Shipping Costs:

• We may use alternate shipping methods and/or companies for some oversized items. Oversized items will be labeled as such on their specific product page. Shipping costs will depend on the product you are ordering. Any extra shipping costs will be noted in the product description and will be added on to your order during checkout, along with the standard shipping cost.
• Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow an additional 7-10 days for shipment to either destination. There will be an additional $9.95 added to all orders for both states.
• Delivery to Canada. Please allow an additional 7-10 days for shipment. There will be an additional $9.95 on all orders shipping to Canada.
• USPS Priority Mail Shipping: An additional $3.95 will be applied in addition to your standard costs through your checkout process. Priority Mail will take approximately 2-3 days after shipment.
• Next Day Shipping: An additional $16.95 will be applied in addition to your standard shipping costs through your checkout process.
• Signature Confirmation: For an additional $1.35 you have the option of having your package sent with a signature confirmation. A signature is required for your package to be dropped off at your destination address. Signature confirmation also provides the date and time of delivery or attempted delivery along with the recipient's signature. This service is not available for APO/FPO destinations.

All orders for expedited delivery will be shipped out same day if they are placed by 10am of that business day. Orders placed after 10am may be shipped with the next day's shipment.

Sales Tax:
Applicable sales tax will be added to orders that are shipped within the state of Minnesota.

International Shipping:
Currently we only ship to the US and Canada.

Your package may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties upon arrival in the country to which your order is being shipped. You, as the recipient, are responsible for all custom fees and import duties that apply. You are also responsible for ensuring that any product you order can lawfully be imported to the destination country you choose. Contact your local customs office for details regarding customs fees, import duties, restrictions, et cetera.

Local Pick-up at Wedge Co-op
Now you have the option of saving on shipping charges for items purchased at Wedge Worldwide. If you live within driving distance of Wedge Co-op, you can pick up your items at the store instead of paying for shipping (a small $3 handling fee will be charged). Most items will be ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. Please note that a few products are not available for in store pick up. Here's how it works in detail:

How to Place an Order for Pick Up:

• Place your order with Wedge Worldwide.
• During the checkout process, select Pick Up at Wedge option rather than the usual shipping options.
• You will automatically be charged a $3.00 surcharge for the order. The surcharge covers handling and transport to the Wedge Co-op.
• We will process and package your order as if we were shipping it. Your items will be boxed and sealed according to general shipping guidelines.

How to Pick Up Your Goods:

• Once your package is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes the date your order will be available to pick up. Orders placed for pick-up will be ready for you within 1-2 business days at the Wedge Co-op.
• Once you have received your shipping confirmation email, we will hold your order at the Wedge Co-op for one week for you to pick up.
• Wedge Co-op's Hours:
  Monday - Friday 9am to 10pm
  Saturday - Sunday 9am to 9pm
• When you are at the Wedge Co-op to pick up your package, go to the Health & Body Care department (aisle 6) and give one of the HBC employees your name and order number.
• They will bring your package to the checkout area in the front of the store for you.
• The package must stay sealed while you are at the Wedge Co-op.
